1. Exfoliate, shave/wax, and shower the night before or morning of application.
2. Shake well, then pump mousse into a tanning mitt or your palms and apply in circular motions, working dry areas like elbows, knees, and ankles last.
3. Let develop for 1 hour for light results or 3+ hours for medium, then rinse, no sun required.
4. Wash hands after use and repeat every 3 to 5 days to maintain color.
